it was a blast. Great Atmosphere. fun people good beers, wines & coffee.

My Recipe this for the 2021 Aeropress championship

-> 16.4g Coffee coarsely ground (7.8 on the Ditting Grinder | 52 on the Sage Smart Grinder pro)
-> aeropress with spa water & Standard Filter

00:00 – 50 g water / slow poor in at 93 degrees
00:25 – wait
00:50 – Pour 180 g Water in 25 seconds reaching Total of 230 gr.
01:00 – wait
01:05 – Stir 3 times up & down
01:15 – Plunge slow in 45 seconds
02:00 – Ready Cool down till 53°
