15.5 gr coffee grinded on 6.5 on a EK Grinder
Aesir Filter + Spa Water
15,5 gr on 53
water 94°
47 gr bloom 45 sec (swirl 3 times)
add 100 gram in 15 sec
stir 3 times chopstick clockwise
add 80 gr water in 15
flip
press till total time of 2:10
